I’m in love. This is one of the best hardware stores I’ve ever been to! That might sound like hyperbole, but it’s not and hear me out. They have everything! EVERYTHING! I’m restoring a 50 year old motorcycle and parts are hard to find; even the fasteners. Blackhawk has the best fastener (nuts and bolts) section I’ve ever seen in a hardware store. Plus it’s so nice inside and the staff is the best in the business. Really. Ask the guys in the fastener section a question and you’re going to get a real answer. They know what they’re talking about - unlike the massive “home improvement” stores where you can’t find anyone to help you; and even if you do find someone the answers are worse than your own best guess. Their people are knowledgeable. I finally understand why people might like to go to Publix or Whole Foods. It’s just nicer. That’s this place - just nicer. I can’t speak to the cost, because all the bolts and such I’m buying are 10x more expensive from the specialty catalogs. Thanks for being in Charlotte, Blackhawk. Thanks…and if you’re reading this: just go, you won’t regret it!

Obsessed!!! Just moved into some nearby condos and needed some bulbs and a ladder… did not expect to stumble upon this local gem! Free popcorn upon entering, so you can snack happily as you explore all levels of the store !! They offer sooo much and I can’t wait to walk every isle! Also, I was assisted by the friendliest people!! TJ initially greeted me and pointed me in the right direction—he was amazing and even gave me a short tour of the store and didn’t mind that I was overly excited to be in there. Once I got to the lower level, I was assisted by Jay who was super sweet and helped me find the light bulbs I needed. We even learned that daylight bulbs are best for makeup :) once I got back upstairs, I grabbed my ladder but forgot I needed hand soap. I must’ve looked overloaded, so Kim graciously took my shopping basket off my hands and went to grab the hand soap for me while I headed to the registers. Angel was the next friendly face I encountered and she hooked me up with the Ace membership so that I could redeem my coupon and then she called for Boran to help me to my car—Boran was also a delight, he helped me load the ladder into my trunk and was telling me more about my new

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Great experience at Blackhawk Hardware. The magnetic cabinet display for trying out handles was incredibly helpful—it made it easy to see exactly how different styles would look. They also have a huge selection of cabinet and drawer pulls and bathroom fixtures on display, which made the process much easier. Becky was fantastic—very knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!”
